| 摘 要： | 统计技术作为发现问题和体系改进的重要手段，涉及到产品寿命期的各个阶段，质量体系的全过程。2000版ISO9000族标准，把它作为质量管理体系的一项基础，本文详细地介绍了本厂在开展ISO9000族标准质量体系认证中，应用统计技术的两个实例：矩阵分布表判断不合格项中的主要失控要素；排列图分析焊缝缺陷。

| Abstract: | This paper detailedly introduced two applications examples of statistical theory in ISO9000 series quality system authentication. The main factors losing control in the disqualification items were judged by matrix distribtion,the bugs in the welding line were analyzed by the arrangement chart. |
