摘    要:研究等离子体处理对用丝素与乙二醛联合整理及树脂整理后棉织物防皱效果的影响。结果表明,等离子体处理能代替防皱整理工艺中的焙烘工序,促进整理剂与纤维间的交联反应,提高棉织物的抗皱性能,防止棉织物的强力损失,减少棉织物游离甲醛释放量。等离子体处理后再经焙烘,可进一步减少棉织物上游离甲醛含量,提高折皱回复角。

Abstract:Effects of plasma treatment on the crease resistant cotton fabric finished with fibroin and glyoxal, or with resin are studied. The results indicate that plasma treatment can replace the baking in DP process and accelerate the crosslinking reaction between the fibers and the agent. This innovative technique features excellent crease resistance, lower strength loss and free formaldehyde releasing. Plasma treatment followed by the curing can further decrease the free formaldehyde content and increase the angle of crease recovery.
