摘    要:测量高速铣削条件下采用不同刀具姿态加工淬硬H13模具钢后的残余应力,实验结果表明:不同的刀具姿态对表面残余应力幅值有较大影响;相同的刀具姿态,切削方式不同也会影响表面残余应力的变化趋势。实验结果显示逆铣条件下前倾角15°、侧倾角-15°时表面残余压应力最大。分析刀具刃线与工件的接触几何模型特征,得出铣削后残余应力分布规律,优化高速铣削刀具姿态参数。

Abstract:The residual stress of H13 dies steel on various cutter-orientations in the hlgh-speed milling is measured, the experiment results show that effects of the cutter-orientations on residual stress are notable, meanwhile, at the same cutter-orientation, different cutting mode could affect the variation of residual stress. With the results we could also learn that the residual stress is maximum on the up milling in which the anteversion angle is 15°and the side rake angle is - 15°. A geometrical model between cutting edge and workpiece is analyzed to find out the rule of residual stress distribution, and then the cutter-orientation could be optimized.
