“网性”是贯穿蹦床运动的一条生命线，在蹦床运动中有着至关重要的作用。它在运动员选材、训练中都具有举足轻重的作用，同时，它也是运动员成才的关键。本文从与网性相关的几个主要因素：运动员自身弹跳能，起跳技术，运动员的网上空间感觉，和运动员的协调灵敏性，对网性进行一定的定性分析，从而揭示网性的本质及其重要性，希望能对以后的蹦床运动的训练及其发展提供一定的借鉴。

This paper analysis four subject that attached to the sense of the net which are the jumpable of the player,the technique of bounce,the sense of space on net and the harmonization and sensitivity of the player, through that ,we can know the foundation of the sense of the net and hope can be a little help to the trampoline in future.
