| 摘 要： | 分析了球磨机采用滑动轴承存在摩擦阻力大的弊端。采用滚动轴承代替滑动轴承降低了磨机能耗，解决了大负荷下的轴承寿命、轴承密封等问题，磨机配用电动机功率可减少17％～23％。

| Abstract: | Various shortcomings existed for the adoption of slide bearing in the ball mill was analyzed.The use of the roller bearing as the substitution of slide bearing reduced the energy consumption and solved the problems such as short service life, the axial move of the shell and the leakage of the bearing, The motor power capacity of the ball mill required could be reduced by 17-23%. |
