离心泵计算机辅助性能试验系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了离心泵计算机辅助试验系统的设计及试验结果。该系统利用计算机对离心泵进行性能试验。通过仪器仪表将离心泵的运转参数:流量、进出口压力、功率、扬程、效率转换成相应的电压,将电压信号送入数据采集卡进行采集测得各参数的大小,根据这些数据拟合出流量与扬程,流量与功率,流量与效率的关系曲线。

Abstract:The property test of centrifugal pump through computer is introduced. With the developed instruments the parameters of the centrifugal pump, such as flow capacity, the inlet and outlet pressure, power, head and efficiency can be transformed into the relative voltage, and these voltage signals can be sent to the data collector and these parameters can be acquired. The relative curves of flow capacity and head, flow capacity and power, flow capacity and efficiency can be drawn up.
