| 摘 要： | 渭北旱原农村住宅规划设计与建设存在很多问题,如总体布局分散、功能分区不明确,村庄总体布局单调;住宅建设存在“三无”问题和住宅功能不合理等。通过对渭北旱原实际考察和调研,提出了在住宅规划设计与建设中应编制村庄建设规划;加强农村住宅院落及住宅的规划设计;充分利用光热资源,建节能生态型住宅等。

| Abstract: | There exist problems in the rural dwelling planning design and construction,such as dispersive layout,reasonless of function district,no-planning,no-design problem of dwelling construction,reasonless of dwelling internal function and so on.Through the analysis and investigation of all these problems,some strategy is proposed,including procedure of village planning,planning and design of rural courtyard and dwelling,collection of dwelling planning and design,built saving resources and ecological dwelling and so on. |
