高浓锥形磨浆机浓度控制系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了高浓锥形磨浆机双闭环浓度控制方法。该方法能在保证锥形磨浆机较高生产效率的同时改善纸浆质量;通过控制磨浆区内稀释水流量,可获得最佳出浆浓度,提高浆料在磨浆区内部的浓度,使纤维在磨盘间的停留时间延长,可降低磨浆强度,同时也避免了因磨浆区外部浓度过高而导致的磨盘堵塞。

Abstract:In this paper, a novel refining consistency control method of a high consistency conical disc refiner is introduced. The proposed method can improve pulp quality at high production rate of the conical disc refiner. The optimum outlet pulp consistency is controlled by controlling the dilution water flow in the refining zone. With increasing consistency in the inner region of the refining zone, the pulp residence time increases and refining intensity decreases, the plate plugging caused by excessive consistency in the outer region of the refining zone is avoided.
