某复杂造型曲面网架混凝土屋面施工研究

针对日益增多的不规则曲面造型屋面工程的成型问题,介绍了某复杂造型曲面网架混凝土屋面施工的方案选择和主要结构层的工艺流程,给出了解决复杂造型屋面施工的方案.利用钢网架勾勒出波形屋面的大体轮廓,然后在其上铺设ALC屋面板,最后依次铺设找坡层等各层.实践证明,该施工方案解决了过去因模板支撑带来的支撑费用高、标高难于控制、成型质量差等问题.

Some Complicated Curved Netting Roofing with Concrete Roofing Construction

According to the increasing modeling problems for irregular curved roof surface,the paper introduces the choice of concrete construction plan of the complicated curved netting roofing,and the technological procedure of the main structure sheaf.It also provides solutions of complicated modeling roof,which is to sketch the outline of the wave-roofing by employing wire frame,and then to lay ALC roof board on wire frame,following by the lay slope troweling layer,waterproofing layer etc.This project solves the high cost,difficulty on controlling the elevations,and weak modeling quality for formwork support.
