摘    要:设计一种液压电磁换向阀用双向定位式永磁操作机构,其采用双线圈驱动,可使动铁心在一定行程范围内双向运动,当线圈驱动铁心运动到两个极限位置时,线圈断电而机构中的永磁体及相应导磁部件可将动铁心吸附在两个极限位置,从而实现节能。建立该机构的磁路模型,并通过分析气隙磁导和铁磁导值,最后给出永磁体作为磁动势的动铁心力与行程曲线。利用Maxwell建立与磁路模型中动铁心位置一致的有限元模型并得出仿真数据并与理论数据做对比,结果表明极限位置的磁吸力满足设计要求。

Abstract:A permanent magnetic actuator for the hydraulic valve has been designed,which can be used to realize bidirectional positioning.The mechanism with double coils driving can make the movable iron core two-way movement in a certain stroke range.When the coil drive the movable iron core to one of the two extreme positions,it can be powered off.The permanent magnet and corresponding magnetic parts of the mechanism can adsorb the moving iron core on the two extreme positions in order to achieve energy saving.The magnetic circuit model of the mechanism has been given through the analysis of air gap and iron magnetic conductances.Finally,the force-stroke curve of the moving core by the permanent magnet as the magnetic potential has been plotted.Maxwell is used to establish the finite element models that are consistent with the moving core positions in the magnetic circuit model and the simulation data have been obtained and compared with the theoretical data.The results show that the magnetic forces on the two limited position meet the design requirements.
