TC4管件端口电磁校形的实验研究

摘    要:由于钛合金室温下成形性能差,航空领域一直存在对TC4管件端口校形难的问题。针对此问题对TC4管件端口电磁校形的过程进行了研究,采用该方法对内径23mm,壁厚1mm的TC4管件进行电磁校形实验,并将管件端口的圆度作为评价指标,研究了放电电压、线圈层数、放电次数及驱动片厚度对钛管电磁校形的影响。研究表明:提高放电电压可有效提高校形效果,当放电电压一定时,可通过增加线圈层数来提高校形精度;放电次数可以解决放电电压低,钛管变形小的问题,两次放电后校形效果提升不明显,增加放电次数无法从根本上提高管件电磁校形的精度;驱动片厚度的合理选择对TC4等低导电率材料的电磁校形具有重大意义,厚度过小与过大都会影响电磁校形的效果,其最优为趋肤深度厚度。

Abstract:Because the formability of titanium alloy is poor at room temperature, there is always the problem of the shape correction of the TC4 port in the aviation field. In this paper, the electromagnetic calibration process of TC4 pipe is studied and experiment with inner diameter 23mm,wall thickness 1mm TC4 tube. The effects of discharging voltage, coil layer, drive plate thickness and discharging times on the sizing precision of the tube ends are analyzed, with roundness of tube end as evaluating indicator. Study shows that the increase of discharge voltage can effectively improve the correction effect, when the discharge voltage is constant, the correction precision can be increased by increasing the number of coil layer. Discharge times can solve the low voltage, small deformation problems, two times after the discharge correction effect is not obvious, increase the discharge times can not improve the accuracy of electromagnetic tube sizing fundamentally. The reasonable selection of the thickness of the drive plate is of great significance to the electromagnetic calibration of the low conductivity materials such as TC4, and the effect of the electromagnetic forming can be affected by the thickness of the drive plate. The optimum thickness is skin depth thickness.
