摘    要:研制并搭建了以熔盐作为主要介质的换热系统试验台,该试验台主要由三个回路组成,包括两个熔盐回路和一个气体回路,可实现熔盐-熔盐换热和熔盐-气体换热。该系统是以第四代核反应堆的熔盐堆为背景,用来研究熔盐换热系统的热工水力特性。采用Windows操作系统平台对试验台进行高精度自动控制以及采集数据。分别对不同结构的换热器进行了传热流动的实验,结果表明该试验台系统热偏差满足要求,且实验结果与经验公式吻合,数据可靠,为研究熔盐换热器的科研提供便利。

Abstract:A test bed of heat exchanger system with molten salt as working fluid was developed. The test bed is mainly composed of three circuits, including two molten salt circuit and a gas circuit, which can realize molten salt-molten salt heat transfer and molten salt- gas heat transfer. The test loop was based on the fourth generation nuclear reactor-molten salt reactor, and was used to study the thermal hydraulic performance of molten salt heat transfer system. Usingthe Windows operating system platform for high-precision automatic control and data collection. The heat exchangers of different structures were tested respectively, and the results showed that the thermal deviation of the test bed system meets the requirements, and the experimental results are in agreement with the empirical correlation, so the data were reliable, which could facilitate the research of the molten salt heat exchanger.
