摘    要:当前存在多种制动能量回收方式,研究这些制动能量回收方式在不同用途上的效益对节能环保有着重大意义,为对比研究蓄电式和涡簧储能式这两种制动能量回收方式应用于汽车通风领域的效益,研制了能直观对比两种方式效益的装置。分别建立装置以两种方式回收能量的数学模型并对其进行Simulink仿真,得到不同涡簧参数和飞轮初速度对回收效率的影响效果,为今后此类制动装置的选择提供参考,并据此对比分析仿真结果,对涡卷弹簧进行选型,得到理论机械能回收效率,对实验装置进行测试,得到实际机械能回收效率,与理论量进行对比,结果表明涡簧式较蓄电池式在应用于通风领域中能更高效率地回收制动能量,具有更大推广价值。

Abstract:Currently,there are many braking energy recovery methods.Studying the efficiencies of these methods for different purposes is of great significance in terms of energy saving and environmental protection.In order to carry out the comparative study of efficiencies of the two braking energy recovery methods(i.e.Battery Energy Storage Method and Scroll Spring Energy Storage Method)in the field of vehicle ventilation,a device that can be used to intuitively compare the efficiencies of these two methods was developed.Mathematical models of this device for the two energy recovery methods were established respectively.In addition,Simulink was adopted to simulate the mathematical models,in order to learn about the effects of different parameters of the scroll spring and initial velocity of flywheel on energy recovery efficiency.This can provide some reference for choosing similar braking devices in the future and carrying out comparative study of simulation results,so as to choose the proper scroll spring type and obtain the theoretical efficiency of mechanical energy recovery.Then,the experimental device was tested to obtain the actual efficiency of mechanical energy recovery,which was compared to the theoretical value.The results showed that in the field of vehicle ventilation,compared to Battery Energy Storage Method,Scroll Spring Energy Storage Method can recover braking energy more efficiently and deserves more promotion.
