动力总成系统振动建模与分析

摘    要:动力总成系统是整车振动时的重要激励源,对研究整车振动噪声水平起到了至关重要的影响,通过动力总成悬置的动特性实验对悬置特性进行了参数识别,建立了有效预测动力总成振动情况的简化模型,该模型运算量低且运算更快,接着基于工况参数以及总成各项固定参数进行了动特性仿真,再从振动速度均方根的角度对整机模型进行了实验验证,最后对整机模型通过改变总成悬置安装角进行了计算,试运算结果与理论结果吻合,进一步验证了该模型的准确性和实用性。

Abstract:The power assembly system is important excitation source of vehicle vibration, It is vital for the vehicle vibration research.the mounting dynamic characteristic is obtained with parameter identification of dynamic experiment,the simplified model which can predict engine vibration effectively is established, the model has advantages include less computation and faster calculation speed, the engine model is simulated dynamically based on working condition parameter and engine physical parameter,and verified experimentally according to vibration velocity root-mean-square. Using engine model,the confirmatory calculation is finished based on changes of mounting installation angle, the calculation result is identical with theoretical result, the accuracy and practical object are verified again.
