串联双腔起落架缓冲器等效刚度阻尼特性分析

摘    要:以某带内外节流阀的串联双腔缓冲器为研究对象,将其简化为两级弹簧阻尼串联组成的振动系统,利用一种等效线性化方法,分析了缓冲器在多种频率下的缓冲器等效刚度和当量阻尼分析值,并与试验数据进行对比,相对误差在15%以内,结果吻合良好,验证了所建动力学模型的正确性。分析表明,缓冲器等效刚度和阻尼随静态压缩量呈现严重的非线性,高压腔开始工作阶段,在相同外激励频率情况下缓冲器等效刚度、阻尼出现峰值,随后有较大幅度下降,其等效刚度峰值可达到742854N/m,等效阻尼峰值可达到39580N·s/m。缓冲器等效刚度阻尼在同等静位移情况下随外激励频率的增加而减小。

Abstract:Taken a series dual-chamber buffer with internal and external damper valve as the research object,the buffer is simplified as two spring-damper series-wound vibration system. By using an equivalent linearization method,the equivalent stiffness and damping of the buffer at various frequencies are analyzed. Compared with the experimental data,the relative error is within 15% and the results are in good agreement with each other,which verifies the correctness of the dynamic model. Nonlinear stiffness and damping performance of the buffer is shown significantly as static displacement varied. Under the same external excitation frequency,the peak value of equivalent stiffness and damping appeared when high pressure chamber began to work,and then decreased. The maximum equivalent stiffness of the peak value is 742854N/m,and the maximum equivalent damping of the peak value is 39580N·s/m. At the same static displacement,the equivalent stiffness and damping of the buffer decreases as the external excitation frequency increases.
