基于小波包的柱塞泵压力脉动信号提取与分析

摘    要:为解决泵控马达系统在运行过程中由于耦合效应所导致的运行状态信息难以有效提取的问题,在对泵与马达压力脉动信号耦合机理分析的基础上,提出利用小波包对压力脉动信号进行分解与重构并通过不同工况下的实验验证了该方法能有效、实时提取柱塞泵压力脉动信号,同时基于实验数据表明:压力脉动幅值随负载压力的增大而增大,且有随转速升高先减小而后增加的现象。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the running state information caused by the coupling effect is difficult to be effectively extracted in the pump-control-motor system.Based on the analysis of the coupling mechanism of pump and motor pressure pulsation signals,the wavelet packet is used to decompose and reconstruct the pressure fluctuation signal and the experiments under different conditions show that the method can effectively and constantly extract the pressure fluctuation of the piston pump.Meanwhile the amplitude of pressure fluctuation increases with the increase of load pressure and first decreased and then increased with the increase of speed.
