基于附加隔声腔的电容器振动与噪声控制方法

摘    要:电容器噪声污染越来越受到人们的关注,电容器噪声控制方法研究日益得到重视。对基于附加隔声腔的电容器噪声控制方法进行研究,建立了附加隔声腔的电容器振动与辐射噪声仿真模型。首先,通过对附加隔声腔的电容器振动与噪声产生的机理进行分析,确定附加隔声腔的电容器辐射噪声模型的激励参数,利用LMS Virtuallab软件进行振动仿真;然后,将附加隔声腔的电容器表面振动加速度作为隔声腔底部辐射声压的边界条件,采用边界元法得到隔声腔底部外场噪声频谱图;最后,以某型号附加隔声腔的电容器产品的实测数据和仿真数据进行对比,验证了仿真模型的准确性和方法的正确性。结果表明,设置附加隔声腔的方法可以有效降低电容器的辐射噪声。

Abstract:The noise pollution of the capacitor has been paid more and more attention, and the research on the noise control method of the capacitor has been paid more and more attention.In this paper, the noise control method of capacitor based on additional sound insulation cavity is studied, and the simulation model of capacitor vibration and radiated noise is established. Firstly, the mechanism of the vibration and noise ofadditional sound insulation of the capacitor is analyzed, and the excitation parameters of the radiation noise model of the capacitor are determined. The simulation is carried out by LMS Virtuallab software. Then, the surface vibration acceleration of the additional sound insulation of the capacitor is taken as the boundary conditionn of the sound pressure at thebottom ofsound insulation. The boundary element method is used to obtain the noise spectrum. Finally, the measured data and simulation data of the capacitor products with the additional sound insulation are compared, and the accuracy and the correctness of the simulation model are verified.The results show that the radiation noise of the capacitor can be effectively reduced by the method of setting the additional sound insulation.
