基于CBR的绿色产品创新设计过程模型

摘    要:为了提高绿色产品创新设计的效率,通过分析大量绿色产品设计实例以及市场现有产品的绿色属性,创建绿色设计类型与绿色设计参数映射表,从而简化绿色设计实例的表达和检索,并建立基于CBR的绿色产品创新设计过程模型。通过融合CBR技术和绿色设计理论,探索出绿色产品设计实例的表达机制,构建绿色设计实例知识库,从而完成绿色设计实例知识的检索、修正和重用。最后,以汽车前翼子板的绿色创新设计为例,验证该绿色产品创新设计过程模型的可行性。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of the green innovative product design, through the analysis of a large number of green product design examples and environmental properties of product, this paper has create a mapping table of green design types and green design parameters, which can simplify the expression and retrieve of green design cases and establish the green product innovation design process model based on CBR. Based on the combination of Case-based reasoning technology and green design theory, explore a kind of efficient method of green product design cases expression mechanism,build up a green design cases base and realize the case searching,reuse and amendment. Finally, verify the feasibility of the green product innovation design process model based on CBR via a green design example.
