集中载荷假设下三片变截面簧刚度分析

摘    要:采用集中载荷假设,利用单位载荷法模型建立3片变截面钢板弹簧变形与力学传递模型,并依据主片分析法推导出主簧与合成簧刚度计算公式。利用变截面簧样件截面参数,计算样件主簧与合成簧理论刚度结果;在ANSYS Workbench中建立变截面簧样件有限元模型,分析变截面簧在加载过程中的变形-载荷情况与主簧、合成簧刚度;进行变截面簧样件静刚度实验,获得样件钢板弹簧在实际加载卸载过程中变形-载荷情况与实际主簧与合成簧刚度。对比分析理论计算刚度、ANSYS Workbench有限元计算刚度与实验刚度,三者偏差不超过5%,证明集中载荷假设下的3片簧变形与力学传递模型正确。

Abstract:Under the Concentrated Load Assumption,the deformation and mechanics transmission model of 3-pieces-taper leaf spring was established according to the Unit Load Method;the main and synthesis spring stiffness calculation formulation were deduced based on the Main Piece Analysis Method. According to the parameters,the main and synthesis spring theoretical stiffness of the taper leaf spring sample pieces were worked out;the finite element model of the taper leaf spring sample pieces was build up in ANSYS Workbench to analyze the deformation-load situation and main and synthesis spring stiffness in the loading process; the real deformation-load situation and the real main and synthesis spring stiffness of the sample piece were obtained based on the sample pieces static stiffness test. Comparing among the theoretical stiffness,finite element analysis stiffness and test stiffness,all results deviations were no more than 5%,which meant the deformation and mechanics transmission model of 3-pieces-taper leaf spring under the Concentrated Load Assumption correct.
