摘    要:在对公路汽车动力性与燃油经济性评价指标进行分析基础上,以Matlab/GUI为开发工具,开发矿用汽车动力传动系统计算仿真及参数优化平台。该平台以原地起步加速时间和等速百公里油耗线性加权为目标函数,采用线性加权法把他转化成单一目标函数;建立矿用汽车发动机和传动系统匹配方案优化数学模型。对矿用汽车动力性和燃油经济性进行计算,对传动系统匹配方案和传动系参数进行优化分析。以改进前后某车各项性能指标进行仿真,验证改进方案可行性,对改进后传动系参数进行优化,验证优化平台实用性。通过遗传算法优化模型分析,最后对具有可控性总速比和传动效率进行灵敏度分析,为新车设计和旧车改型提供参考。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the evaluation indexes of road vehicle power and fuel economy,the simulation platform of the powertrain of mining vehicle is developed based on Matlab/GUI as interface development tool.The simulation platform using the origin underway accelerate time and constant speed-100 kilometers fuel consumption as the objective functions of the power performance and the economy performance respectively,and then transforms it into a single objective function by using the linear adding.The optimization mathematical model and matching scheme mathematical model between the engine and the power train of the mining truck was established.The prime parameter of the power train to improve the integer performance of the mining truck was found out with the complex algorithm.The dynamic performance and fuel economy of the mining vehicle were calculated,and the matching scheme of transmission system and the parameters of transmission system were optimized.The feasibility of the improved scheme was verified by the simulation of the performance indexes of a certain mine vehicle before and after.The optimization of the optimized drive system parameters was verified to verify the practicability of the optimized platform.Then calculate it’s power train’s parameter by GA optimization model and analyses the result which shows the feasibility and the practicality of the software,to provide reference for designing new mining truck and rebuilding used mining truck.
