摘    要:针对采用常数矩阵不能准确描述同一电机控制系统不同运行条件下过程噪声和测量噪声的问题,提出一种基于模糊拓展卡尔曼滤波的无传感器控制算法。本算法是在拓展卡尔曼滤波器(extended Kalman filter, EKF)的计算过程中加入计算电流残差及电流残差方差阵的运算,取电流残差方差阵与新息方差阵的特征值的模之差作为控制器输入,构造模糊控制器,实现在变换运行条件时变过程噪声与测量噪声的控制,从而使电机控制系统在不同运行条件下稳定运行。仿真实验结果验证了应用本算法,既可以实现电机在不同运行条件下高精度无传感器自适应控制,又具有较强鲁棒性。

Abstract:Aiming to solve the problem that the constant matrixes can’t describe process noise and measurement noise of PMSM control system working under different conditions precisely, a new sensor-lesscontrol algorithm of PMSM based on fuzzy EKF is proposed. Calculateresidual error of current and its variance matrix, compute eigenvalues of residual errormatrix and new message matrix,let the modulus of eigenvalues subtract, the results are set as two inputs of controller, then design fuzzy controller to realize variable process and measurement noise control.Simulation results show the algorithm can realize high precise control of PMSM system working under different conditions, and the model has strong robustness.
