地埋式垃圾压缩站液压系统设计

摘    要:随着城市垃圾的不断增加,垃圾清运设备变得不可或缺,埋地式垃圾压缩站可以有效的减少垃圾体积和运输次数,因此日益受到关注,其中液压系统是最重要的组成部分,它直接决定着压缩站的垃圾处理效率,为此对其液压系统进行了设计。在分析埋地式垃圾压缩站工作原理的基础上,首先对液压系统的总体结构进行了设计,然后分别对液压缸、液压泵站等系统进行了设计,应用AMESim软件建立了地埋式垃圾压缩站的仿真分析模型,通过仿真分析验证了该液压系统设计的合理可靠,最后通过实机测试,验证了所设计的液压系统能够完成垃圾压缩和垃圾箱上车等操作,达到了预期目标。

Abstract:The waste garbage delivery equipment becomes indispensable with the increase of city waste garbage. The underground type waste compression station attracts more and more attention due to its garbage volume and transportation time reduction. And the hydraulic system is one of the most important parts which can determine the garbage disposal efficiency. So the hydraulic system of underground type waste compression station is designed in this paper. Firstly,the overall structure of the hydraulic system is designed based on the analysis of the working principle of the compression station. And the hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic pump station and other systems are designed according the design principle. Then the simulation analysis model of the underground type waste compression station was established using AMESim software and the simulation results showed that the designed hydraulic system is reasonable and reliable. Finally,the designed hydraulic system is tested based on the real machine and it indicates that the system can complete the compress and transfer process which can achieve the desired goal.
