摘    要:研究各向异性复合材料变截面镗杆的动力学特性。将复合材料变截面镗杆简化为一端固定一端自由的锥形悬臂梁。首先,根据假设模态法,多自由度线性系统的振动位移可表示为各个模态振动的叠加,在此基础上,利用拉格朗日方程建立变截面复合材料镗杆的自由振动微分方程并对其进行求解,求得固有频率,分析锥度的变化对复合材料镗杆动力学特性的影响。最后,通过分析固有频率随模态个数增加的变化趋势,对假设模态法的计算结果的收敛性,进行了检验。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics of an anisotropic composite boring bar with variable cross section are studied. The boring bar is considered as a tapered beams with fixed-free boundary conditions. Firstly, according to the assumed mode method, the vibration displacement of the linear system with multi-degree-of-freedom can be expressed as the superposition of each modal vibration. Then on the base of these, Lagrange equation is used to derive the free vibration differential equation. The natural frequency is obtained, and the influence of taper on the dynamic characteristics of the composite boring bar is analyzed. Finally, by analyzing the trend of natural frequencies increasing with the number of modes, the convergence of the results of the assumed mode method is tested.
