摘    要:为了开发低成本的金属制件3D打印方法,以UV光固化胶为粘结剂,采用3DP法三维打印技术打印了316L不锈钢试样生坯,并将打印坯脱粘后分别在1325℃、1350℃、1375℃下真空烧结,研究了烧结温度对烧结试样的尺寸收缩、密度、力学性能、拉伸断口形貌和粘结剂残留的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的增加,试样收缩增大,密度、维氏硬度和抗拉强度均有提高,粘结剂残留量减少;拉伸断口显示,随着烧结温度的增加,烧结程度逐渐增强,因而使得试样收缩、密度和力学性能呈现上述变化。

Abstract:In order to development a low cost 3D printing method for metal parts, the green parts of 316L stainless steel were fabricated by 3DP method,in which a UV light curing adhesive was selected as binder. After debonding, the green parts were then sintered under vacuum conditions at 1325℃, 1350℃ and 1375℃, respectively. The effect of sintering temperature on the size shrink, density, mechanical properties, tensile fracture morphology, and binder residue of the sintered sample was studied. The result shows that with the increase of sintering temperature, the size shrink increases, the density, Vickers hardness and tensile strength are improved, the binder residue is reduced. The tensile fracture shows that as the sintering temperature increases, the degree of sintering gradually increased, thus causing the size shrink, density and mechanical properties to exhibit the above changes.
