摘    要:针对于产品设计过程中质量特性繁多、耦合度高、不断传递而难以控制的问题,提出了基于产品设计质量特性链接模型的设计质量免疫控制方法。通过研究产品设计质量特性之间的耦合关系,建立了设计质量特性链接关系的物理模型和数学模型;通过分析这种链接关系在设计过程中的传递,以及设计质量特性与产品结构树之间的映射,借鉴仿生学中细胞免疫的原理,将设计质量特性控制分为感应阶段-抗原识别、反应阶段-记忆细胞作用、效应阶段-产生抗体,实现了对设计质量特性的有效控制。以对变速器设计质量特性的控制为实例,验证了上述方法的有效性。

Abstract:In view of the problems of various quality characteristics,high coupling and continuous transmission in the process of product design that is difficult to control,a design quality immune control method based on the link model of product design quality characteristics is proposed. By studying the coupling relationship between the design quality characteristics of product,the physical model and mathematical model of the link relationship of design quality characteristics are established;Through the analysis of the transmission link in the design process,and the mapping between design quality characteristics and product structure tree,Referring to the principle of cellular immunity in bionics, the control of design quality characteristic is divided into induction stage-antigen recognition,reaction stage-memory cell action,effect phase-producing antibody,effective control of the quality of designis realized. Taking the immune control of transmission design quality as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
