位移相关减振器阻尼特性仿真研究

摘    要:针对传统减振器阻尼特性恒定,汽车悬架性能无法根据不同路况适时调整的特点,提出了一种减振性能与活塞位移相关的新型减振器,即在缸筒平衡位置设计一泄流槽。文章在介绍该减振器基本结构、工作原理及分析油液流动关系基础上,建立了该减振器详细的阻尼力表达式,并利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建阻尼特性仿真平台,其仿真结果与试验数据吻合较好。最后重点研究了泄流槽参数及结构对减振器阻尼特性的控制规律,这对位移相关减振器的性能优化及结构设计有一定的指导价值。

Abstract:Based on the fact that damping characteristics of traditional shock absorber is fixed,and which performance of the vehicle suspension can’t be changed according to road conditions changing,so a new type of shock absorber is proposed which related to the displacement of piston valve,which a discharge slot is designed in the cylinder balance position.On the basis of introduction the basic structure,working principle and oil flow continuity model of damping shock absorber,established an detailed damping force expression,and using MATLAB/Simulink to build its simulation model with a result agreeing well with test data.The control law of the structure and parameters of the damper is studied emphatically,which has a certain guiding value to the performance optimization and structure design of displacement-dependent shock absorber.
