多属性指标云制造资源的评价及选择

摘    要:从企业对云制造资源的选择方面考虑,主要对企业云制造资源进行优选方面。以质量、成本、信誉等为指标,考虑在评价过程中定性指标不确定性和定量指标模糊性,构建企业制造资源选择评价模型。提出基于模糊多属性指标的制造资源的选择方法,基于理想点极差变换法对指标进行规范化,根据指标属性提出组合赋权法,并且引入相对优势度计算方法对指标综合属性值进行排序,为企业选择合适的制造资源。通过企业对管接头优选的应用,验证该评价模型和计算方法的可行性并对赋权方法进行了比较。

Abstract:Considering the selection of cloud manufacturing resources from companies and make further selection. Establishing an evaluation system based on quality, cost and credibility,as well as considering the ambiguity of qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators. Building a model of enterprise selection and evaluation of manufacturing resources. To put forward the choice of manufacturing resources based on fuzzy multi-attribute indexes, using ideal point-range transformation method to normalize decision matrix, according to the indexes characteristics, the combination weighting coefficient method is put forward, as well as importing of relative dominance calculation method to comprehensive indexes attribute value ranking, which helps companies to select the suitable manufacturing resources. Finally, the calculation model is applied to the selection of pipe joint resources, we comparethe weight coefficient methods and feasibility of evaluation model and methods are verified by calculation.
