摘    要:在云制造环境下,针对异地分布的3D打印设备资源优选与评价问题,在建立基于QoS的3D打印设备资源评价指标的基础上,设计了基于混合粒子群算法的3D打印设备资源优选方法。将多Agent与数据归一化方法相结合,利用Agent的动态自主性、分布处理等特点,构建了基于多Agent的3D设备资源优选模型,该模型能够实现候选服务的自动匹配及优选,增强了匹配优选过程的动态性和可靠性。最后通过实验仿真,验证了混合粒子群算法优选模型的适用性和有效性,为云制造3D打印设备资源优选提供了一种新的思路。

Abstract:In the context of cloud manufacturing, in terms of the optimization and evaluation of 3D printing device resources distributed in different places, the optimization method of 3D printing device resources built on hybrid particle swarm algorithm is designed on the basis of evaluating indicators of 3D printing device resources of QoS. Great efforts are made to combine multi-Agents with data normalization method and make use of dynamic independence and distributed processing of Agent so as to build the optimal model based on 3D printing device resources of multi-Agents. Besides, the model can carry out automatic matching and optimization of candidate services and strengthen dynamism and reliability in the process of matching and optimization. Through experimental simulation, steps are taken to verify serviceability and effectiveness of optimal model of hybrid particle swarm algorithm to provide a new idea for the optimization of 3D printing device resources of cloud manufacturing.
