摘    要:针对RV减速器中的针摆传动,建立了一种考虑摆线轮齿廓曲率半径变化的等效扭转啮合刚度计算模型,分析了输入力矩的变化对针摆传动等效扭转啮合刚度的影响。基于Hertz公式,推导了RV减速器中摆线轮与单个针齿啮合刚度随啮合点位置变化的函数关系式,利用摆线针轮传动模型计算实际参与啮合的齿数,进而建立针摆传动等效扭转啮合刚度模型。通过MATLAB软件对模型进行数值仿真,分析了3种不同输入力矩条件下等效扭转刚度曲线的变化规律,分析结果对RV减速器动力学模型研究有一定的理论和工程价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the pin-cycloid transmission in RV reducer,an equivalent torsional mesh stiffness calculation model considering the variation of the radius of curvature of the cycloid profile is established.The influence of the change of input torque on the equivalent torsional mesh stiffness of the pin-cycloid transmission is analyzed. Based on the Hertz formula,the relationship between the meshing stiffness of the cycloid wheel and the single pin gear as a function of the position of the meshing point in the RV reducer is derived. The number of teeth actually engaged in the meshing is calculated by the cycloid pinion transmission model,and the equivalent of the slewing gear is established. Torsion mesh stiffness model. The model is numerically simulated by MATLAB software,and the variation law of equivalent torsional stiffness curve under three different input torque conditions is analyzed. The analysis results have certain theoretical and engineering value for the research of RV reducer dynamics model.
