摘    要:雷达罩外表面烧蚀会导致雷达罩外形发生变化,外形变化后进而影响到雷达罩的性能,如何利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)构建雷达罩烧蚀后的外形是实现对雷达罩烧蚀后性能仿真与评估的前提。基于Creo/TOOLKIT工具,对Creo二次开发技术进行了研究,并针对一种旋转轴对称结构雷达罩,根据雷达罩外表面不同区域的烧蚀,调用TOOLKIT提供的API函数对雷达罩烧蚀后的三维外形进行构建;针对雷达罩外表面不同区域的烧蚀差异所导致外表面连续性差的问题,采用二维抛物线插值的方式,提高了雷达罩烧蚀外形构建后的光滑性;编写了用户界面(GUI),为雷达罩烧蚀后快速建模提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract:The ablation of radome’s outer surface will lead to the change of radome’s shape,which will affect the radome’s performance. How to construct the ablated radome’s shape by computer aided design(CAD)is the premise to realize the simulation and evaluation of radome’s performance after ablation. Based on COR/TOOLKIT tools,the secondary development technology of COR is studied in this paper. According to the ablation of different areas of a rotating axisymmetric radome,the three-dimensional shape of the radome after ablation is constructed by calling API function provided by TOOLKIT. Aiming at the problem of poor continuity of the external surface caused by the ablation difference of different areas of the radome,a twodimensional parabola is adopted. Line interpolation improves the smoothness of the radome after ablation. User interface(GUI)is compiled,which provides a new idea and method for rapid modeling of radome after ablation.
