基于键合图微型电动车电传动系统建模分析

摘    要:电驱动控制技术是制约电动汽车发展的关键技术,因而研究电驱动系统具有重要意义。微型电动车是一个集机、电、磁和热等于一体的多能量系统,在分析电传动系统物理模型的基础上,基于既可以前向分析又可以后向分析的键合图理论,建立电动车单侧电传动系统的动态模型,对电动汽车进行动力性分析;并通过实车实验验证驱动系统建模、系统参数选取以及监测运动状况等方面的正确性及可行性。分析结果可知:以蓄电池为能源的微型电动车的动力性指标和续驶里程满足设计要求,采用键合图可以对所建模型可做前向和后向仿真分析,这为电动车的设计过程中参数改进、性能预测提供了一种有效的方法,各项技术指标达到了预期目标。

Abstract:Electric drive technology is the key technology to control the development of electric vehicles,so the study of electric drive system is of great significance.Micro-electric vehicle is a multi-energy system which collecting machine,electricity,magnetic and heat as a whole.On the basis of analyzing the physical model of electric drive system,the dynamic model of electric vehicle unilateral electric drive system is established based on the bond graph theory which both forward and backward analysis.Also,the dynamic analysis of electric vehicle is carried out.The vehicle experiment was used to verify the correctness and feasibility of the drive system modeling,system parameter selection and monitoring of movement and other aspects.The results show that the dynamic indicators and driving range of micro-electric vehicle which take the battery as the energy meet the design requirements.The model can be used for forward and backward simulation analysis based on bond Graph which provides an effective method for parameter improvement and performance prediction in the design process of electric vehicle and the technical indexes meet the expected target.
