现代有轨电车液压制动油源系统匹配性设计

摘    要:结合现代有轨电车液压制动系统的结构和使用环境特点,开展其油源系统设计。阐述了有轨电车液压制动系统及其油源系统的工作原理和基本结构,明确了油源系统的关键参数,建立了油源系统各部分设计参数化模型,确立了蓄能器与系统油耗的匹配性,电机、油泵与系统工作频率的匹配性以及油箱高低液位与系统工作状态的匹配性验证方法并进行了验证。识别了有轨电车油源系统在应用过程中特有的边界约束条件。为有轨电车液压制动油源系统的研究提供了依据和支持,促进了新型轨道交通车辆液压制动系统的正向设计。

Abstract:Design of Oil-Supply System in hydraulic braking systems for trams according to the structure and the ambient environment.Introduce the working principle and structure of braking system and its oil-supply system.Clarify key parameters for the system.Build models for computing key parameters.Establish an evaluation method for the adaptability of the key-parts in the oil-supply system.Confirm the adaption of accumulator with the consumption of the oil,the adaption of the motor and the pump with the charging ratio,and the adaption of the tank with oil-storage and recharging.Propose constrains and boarders for oil-supply system.Provide with criteria and supports for the development of the new type of rolling-stocks.
