摘    要:对超声振动辅助磨削碳纤维复合材料过程中产生的磨削热进行研究。在特定的条件下,建立了相应的磨削热传递模型并对此模型进行了有限元仿真;在相同的条件下,通过工件上布置的光纤光栅传感器测量超声振动辅助磨削碳纤维复合材料在实际加工中产生的磨削温度。对比仿真与实验结果,验证了磨削热传递模型的正确性。结果表明:磨削热传递模型可以很好地预测磨削过程中热量的传递状态,为后续优化实验参数、提高工件表面质量提供了理论依据,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:Grinding heat generating process in ultrasonic assisted grinding for carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)is studied.Under certain conditions,grinding heat transfer models are established and the finite element simulations are implemented accordingly;Under the same conditions,the fiber grating grating sensors(FBG)are arranged on the workpiece to measure the actual grinding temperature of ultrasonic assisted grinding of CFRP. Grinding heat transfer models are verified correctly by simulation and experimental results. The results show that the grinding heat transfer models are not only can predict heat transfer state,but also can improve the surface quality of the workpiece,so it has higher practical value.
