金刚石圆柱铣刀铣削花岗岩的铣削力研究

摘    要:铣削力是评价机床功率、金刚石刀具切削性能和使用寿命的关键因素。金刚石圆柱铣刀铣削花岗岩时,选用不同的进给速度f、切削深度a_p和主轴转速n等加工参数,所产生的切削力也各不相同。铣削力测量装置是由数控立式铣床、金刚石圆柱铣刀、压电测力仪、电荷放大器、A/D转换板、计算机等一系列仪器组成。通过依次改变加工参数,从而获得铣削力试验数据,进而设计正交试验,采用极差分析法分析三因素对铣削力影响的主次关系,为优化加工工艺参数、提高刀具使用寿命和充分发挥刀具的切削性能提供良好的理论依据。

Abstract:Milling force is the key factor to evaluate the power of machine,the cutting performance and service life of diamond tools. When diamond cylindrical cutters are milling granite,the generated milling forces are various for the choices of different processing parameters such as the feeding speed f,cutting depth ap and speed of the main spindle n. The measuring deviceare composed by a series of equipments such as CNC vertical milling machine,diamond cylindrical cutter,dynamometer,piezoelectric dynamometer,charge amplifier,A/D conversion board and computer. The experimental data are obtained by changing the processing parameters in sequence,then design anorthogonal test and analysis the three factors’ primary and secondary relationship which are on the impact of milling force with the method of range analysis to provide good theoretical basis for optimizingprocessing parameter,improving the service life and making full use of the performance of the tool.
