油气润滑系统水平直管压降梯度正交实验研究

摘    要:采用正交实验方法设计了油气润滑系统水平管道内环状流压降梯度的实验方案,采用电容层析成像检测技术(ECT)实验得到了管内环状流截面含液率和油膜速度,进而根据杜克勒Ⅱ法计算了环状流的压降梯度,最后研究了供气压力、单次供油量、单次供油时间间隔对压降梯度的影响,同时采用极差分析和方差分析方法分析了各因素对压力梯度影响的权重次序。实验结果表明:供气压力对压降梯度具有最显著的影响,而单次供油量、单次供油时间间隔对压降梯度的影响都不显著;供气压力的显著性源于部分水平之间的差异显著性。

Abstract:It experimental program for pressure gradient of annular flow in horizontal straight pipe in oil-air lubrication system is designed employing orthogonal experiment method,the sectional oil content and the oil film velocity of annular flow in the pipe are measured by Electrical Capacitance Tomography(ECT)testing system,and then the pressure gradient of annular flow in the pipe is derived by DuklerⅡmethod and analyzed under different air pressure,oil volume-per-cycle and lubrication cycle groups,and finally the weight order of influence of each factor on pressure gradient is obtained by the range analysis and the variance analysis method.The results show that the air pressure has a significant effect on pipe pressure gradient comparing with the oil volume-per-cycle and the lubrication cycle,and this significant effect originates from significance among partial levels of air pressure.
