微驱动定位进给系统结构优化设计研究

摘    要:当前宏微双驱动定位进给系统中微驱动平台力学性能差、精度低,且柔性铰链作为微驱动平台关键部分,直接影响着微驱动平台的定位精度等各项性能。为此,采用OptiStruct软件对微驱动定位进给系统的柔性铰链进行结构拓扑优化后,以工程塑料(ABS)为原材料通过3D打印进行加工。利用有限元对整个微动平台系统进行模态分析并通过模态试验进行了验证。最终获得柔性铰链以及整个微动平台的最优结构,在保证结构刚度、精度的同时达到了结构轻量化的目的。

Abstract:At present,the micro drive platform in macro micro dual drive positioning feed system has the disadvantages of poor mechanical performance and low precision. And flexible hinge is the key part of the micro drive platform,it has a direct impact on the positioning accuracy of the micro drive platform. In this paper,the structure of the flexible hinge was optimized by OptiStruct software firstly,and then the flexible hinge was made of elastic plastic(ABS)by 3D printing. The finite element method is used to carry out modal analysis and verified by modal test. And finally we obtained the optimal structure of the flexible hinge and the whole fretting platform,not only ensure structural stiffness and accuracy,but achieve the purpose of lightweight structure too.
