剪叉式举升机构刚柔耦合振动特性分析

摘    要:针对高空作业平台中剪叉式举升机构剧烈振动造成设备倾翻或人员坠落的安全问题,对举升机构振动特性进行了研究。利用SolidWorks软件建立举升机构的三维模型,对支臂进行柔性化处理,并替代刚体模型,建立举升机构刚柔耦合模型。对举升机构平台作业过程中不同工况下的载荷进行分析,并以此载荷作为ADAMS和Patran/Nastran联合仿真的振动激励,对平台的刚体模型和刚柔耦合模型进行振动特性仿真和对比分析。结果表明:剪支臂的弹性变形可以减少振动影响,证明了建立刚柔耦合模型的必要性;作业过程中,坠落冲击力和周期作用力对剪叉式举升机构振动影响较大,从而为剪叉式举升机构高空工作平台的安全作业提供重要参考,为下一步机构的减振设计奠定基础。

Abstract:Aiming at the safety problem of equipment overturning or personnel falling caused by the violent vibration of the shearing fork lifting mechanism in the high altitude platform, the vibration characteristics of the lifting mechanism were studied. SolidWorks software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the lifting mechanism. The flexible manipulator is used to replace the rigid model. The rigid-flexible coupling model of the lifting mechanism is established. The load of the lifting mechanism platform under different working conditions is analyzed, and the load is used as the vibration excitation of ADAMS and Patan/Nastran joint simulation. The vibration characteristics of the rigid-body model and the rigid-flexible coupling model of the platform are simulated and compared. The results show that the elastic deformation of the shear arm can reduce the vibration effect, which proves the necessity of establishing the rigid-flexible coupling model. The impact force of falling and the periodic force have a greater impact on the vibration of the lifting mechanism, thus providing an important reference value for the safe operation of the high-altitude working platform of the shear-fork lifting mechanism and lays a foundation for the vibration reduction design of the next mechanism.
