磨头齿轮系统振动及噪音的数值分析

摘    要:针对弯管件自动抛光生产线中磨头高速旋转时出现的噪音及振动问题,提出一种新型的齿轮动力学模型,利用Newmark数值分析法得出噪音的主要根源是齿轮副的传动误差,传动误差引起齿轮副之间发生相对位移从而改变了齿轮啮合力,改变的力使得磨头齿轮系统产生振动和噪音.根据齿轮副的Kahraman法则列出了十二个自由度的动力学方程组并且求解出了微分方程组的数值结果,最后给出了磨头在高速运转条件下的动态响应数值结果,为磨头的改进提供了理论基础。

Abstract:For the wheelhead of high-speed causes the noise and vibration in the automatic polishing production line,putting forward a new kind of dynamics model of gears and indicates that the main source for noise and vibration is the transmission error.The error caused the relative displacement between the gear pairs as result of changing gears meshing force. The force makes the wheelhead cause vibration and noise.In the end,the article gives the dynamic response and provides a theoretical basic for the improvement of wheelhead.
