摘    要:某石化公司烯烃厂E-BA111裂解炉运行6年后,对流管最底部的对流管发生环向开裂。为分析其开裂失效的原因,对发生失效的对流管进行了宏观形貌分析、理化检验和力学性能测试。通过综合分析指出对流管发生失效的原因是奥氏体不锈钢长期在高温下工作引起的热脆化开裂。

Abstract:The convection pipes cracked circumferentially after 6 years operation at the bottom of the convection section of the E- BA111 ethylene cracking furnace in an olefine factory of someone petrochemical company . In order to find the failure reason of convection pipes, Macro characteristic of it was inspected and then it was examined by physical and chemical methods its mechanical properties were tested in this paper. Through the comprehensive analysis, the result shows that crack failure reason is embrittlement of the austenite stainless steel at high temperature.
