中厚板控冷过程机设计及其应用

摘    要:从控制冷却过程机控制设备入手,系统地阐述了过程机设计的控制方法与策略,具体功能设计以及数据库等在现场实际生产中的具体可实施方案,针对其中采用的前馈控制与自学习策略,数学模型的设定,修正计算和控冷过程跟踪控制等作了深入的分析,实验表明,通过温度前馈控制与模型自学习,获得了较高的模型预设定精度和良好的温度修正效果,达到了板温均匀一致性的目的,该设计及其控制对改进中厚板控制冷却系统提供了方法和成功的范例。

Abstract:Starting with the control equipment of control cooling process computer, it expounds the concrete feasible schemes to realize in actual scene of control method and strategy, concrete function design and database etc in detail. Moreover, the adopting feedforward control and self-learning strategy, mathematics model enactment and revision calculation and control cooling process control etc analysed deeply. Experiments indicate, that higher model pre-enactment precision and good temperature revise result were got through temperature feedforward control and model self-learning,uniformity consistency of plate temperature were also achieved. All these design and control offered the methods and successful paradigm to ameliorate controlled cooling system of medium and heavy plate production.
