光学电压传感器中λ/4器件的设计与应用

摘    要:从光学电压传感器的基本原理出发,应用电磁场理论讨论了线偏振光经全反射后的相位差问题,提出了用90°直角棱镜的组合代替1/4波长板(λ/4波片)的设计原则,给出了光学电压传感器结构设计方案。将该结构的光学电压传感器用于110kV光学电压互感器中,试验表明在20%UN以上电压时,系统的线性相对偏差在±0.2%以内。

Abstract:Starting from the basic principle of optical voltagetransformer,this paper discussed the problem of phase retardation due to the total internal reflection of a polarized beam using the electromagnetic field theory.A design which utilizes the combination of two prisms of different types of glass to replace a quarter wave plate is presented here.The structure disign scheme of optical voltage sensor is also provided.The test result shows that the linearity of the system is within ±0.2% after employing this kind of optical voltage sensor into a 110 kV optical voltage transformer.
