摘    要:航天、弹载等环境使用的记录器不但要能够长时间高速采集并保存实验数据,而且要能满足体积小和抗高冲击等要求;在分析抗高过载大容量数据存储系统的基础上,提出构建抗高过载、大容量数据存储系统技术平台,详细介绍了平台建设内容以及研制过程中突破的关键技术;所介绍存储测试系统的主要创新点在于主要解决星载、弹载黑匣子的共性技术问题,即提高集成度,进而扩大存储容量、提高读写速度、减小体积和质量、降低功耗的问题,并在此基础上解决了弹载特殊环境下的固态数据记录的实用化和标准化、系列化问题等;最后讨论了此系统的优势与应用前景。

Abstract:The recorders used in spaceflight and missile-borne environment need to collect data at high speed for a long time, and satisfy the demands of small cubage and high impact. Based on the analysis of anti -overload and high -capacity data storage system, paper proposes that constructs a technology platform of the anti-high overload and large capacity data-storage system. Then the content of the platform, as well as the key to a breakthrough in technology are detailed. The innovation of the system introduced mainly resolves the general technical questions of the space and missile -mounted flight recorder. That is, improving the systematic integration level, expanding the storage capacity, increasing the speed of reading and writing, reducing the power consumption, and so on. Based on this, the practical,standardization and serialized question of solid state data record under the missile -mounted special environment have been solved. At last,this system's superiority and the application prospect are discussed.
