微波脱硫在燃煤电厂中的应用

摘    要:针对微波技术在燃煤电厂脱硫方面具有快速、高效、省时等特点,研究了煤炭中硫的赋存形态,介绍了微波对矿物选择性加热和催化特性,分析了微波技术应用于燃烧前脱硫的原理及技术现状,发现大多数燃烧前脱硫工艺中,利用微波辐照后,煤样中的黄铁矿硫转化为磁黄铁矿硫,可去除大部分元机硫。对微波技术应用于烟气脱硫的原理和技术研究表明,微波诱导等离子法不仅可达到96%的脱硫效率,而且脱硫产物为硫铵化肥。微波照射活性炭后,其孔隙结构和表面官能团发生明显变化,同时存在诱导催化,可降低反应活化能。这些均可提高脱硫效率,形成新的烟气脱硫技术。

Abstract:Microwave technology is of high speed, high efficiency and less time in desulfurization for the coal-fired power plants. The existing state of sulfur in coal was studied, the selective heating and catalysis to mineral by microwave were introduced and the mechanism and application of microwave desulfurization technology before combustion were analyzed in detail. It shows that pyritic sulfur in coal is transferred into pyrrhotite after the microwave radiation and almost inorganic sulfur is removed. The flue gas desulfurization by microwave was investigated. The results show that 96 % SO2 can be removed from flue gas and the desulfurization product can be used as fertilizer. The pore structure and surface functional group of activated carbon are significantly changed by microwave radiation. The activation energy is reduced as a result of induced catalysis. All these methods can improve the desulfurization efficiency and form new FGD technologies.
