摘    要:以三聚氯氰为原料,通过三步取代反应,合成了新型三嗪类紫外线吸收剂2-(2-羟基-4-丙二酸二乙酯基氧基苯基)-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪(Ⅲ)和2-(2-羟基-4-丙二酸二乙酯基氧基苯基)-4,6-二(4,-甲基)苯基-1,3,5-三嗪(Ⅵ)。对他们及紫外线吸收剂UV1577的溶液进行了光老化试验,通过对比发现它们的抗光老化性能均比UV1577好。Ⅲ、Ⅵ两种化合物的总收率均为68%,含量均在98%以上。同时,用质谱(MS)及红外(IR),确定了物的结构,测定了化合物(Ⅲ、Ⅵ)的熔点。

Abstract:Using cyanuric chloride as raw materials and through 3 steps,the syntheses of two new triazole ultraviolet (UV) absorbers,i.e.,2-(2'-hydnosy-4'-methoxyphenyl malonateyl)-4,6-bis (4'-metho-phenyl) diphenyl-1,3,5-triazine (Ⅲ) and 2-(2'-hydroxy-4'-methoxyphenyl malonateyl)-4,6-bis (4'-methyl) phenyl-1,3,5-triazine (Ⅵ) were studied.Compared the results of light ageiny tests of solutions of compound Ⅲ,Ⅳ and UV absorber UV 1577,we found the former ones had better performance than the latter.The overall yields of compounds Ⅱ、Ⅳ are 68%,and the purity of Ⅲ,Ⅳ reaches 98%.The structures of compound Ⅲ、Ⅳ were by means of FT-IR and MS.
