摘    要:行星齿轮在运动中部件会弹性变形,为此,在刚体动力学模型中引入柔性体的方法,基于ADAMS多体动力学仿真软件,对某船用行星齿轮进行刚柔耦合仿真。在太阳轮出现断齿时将太阳轮和行星架设置为柔性体,重点考虑运动仿真中这两个部件的变形。将发生故障后的动力学响应与正常状态进行对比,比较故障后柔性部件和刚性部件加速度频谱信号的異同,分析断齿故障特征和对应的故障频率。

Abstract:The planetary gear system is increasingly used in civilian and military areas. But when working under high-speed and heavy-duty environment for a long period, its lifespan will be greatly reduced, and the gear’s teeth fracture may occur. In this paper, the flexible body method is introduced to the rigid body dynamics model. A rigid-flexural coupling model of a planetary gear system of a ship is established and simulated by means of the ADAMS multi-body dynamics software. The planetary frame and the solar gear with the teeth failure are regarded as the flexible bodies, their deformations are calculated. The dynamic response of the faulted system is compared with that in normal operation state. And the acceleration spectrum signals of the flexible parts are compared with those of the rigid parts. The feature of the teeth failure fault and the corresponding frequency response are analyzed.
