摘    要:纯电动汽车的噪声源和内部结构与内燃机汽车有着明显差异,由于电机总成噪声较低,使得纯电动汽车的车内路噪变得更加突出。对某款纯电动汽车在不同工况下的车内噪声进行频谱分析,在中低频范围内,结构路噪是车内噪声的主要原因。结合纯电动汽车车身及其板件的动态结构特性分析,识别出车内结构路噪的主要振动源和影响途径。研究结果可对纯电动汽车车内结构噪声的优化控制提供参考。

Identification of Road-induced Interior Structural Noise for Battery Electric Vehicles

Abstract:The noise source and structure of battery electric vehicles (BEV) are quite different from those of the internal-combustion-engine vehicles. Since the noise level of the motor’s powertrain is low, the road-induced interior noise of the BEV becomes dominant. In this paper, the spectrum analysis of interior noise for a type of the BEV is carried out under different conditions. It is shown that the interior noise depends mainly on the contribution of the road-induced structural noise in the low and mid-frequency ranges. By analyzing dynamic structure characteristic of the BEV’s body and panels, the vibration sources and influencing factors of the road-induced interior structural noise are indentified. The study provides a reference for optimization and control of BEV’s interior structural noise.
