硬硅钙石型硅钙材料的研究与应用

摘    要:在窑炉、高温管道保温材料中,硬硅钙石型硅钙材料具有最佳性能价格比。作采用活化工艺、使其容重降低,强度提高,耐性显增长,中对其材料,配比,工艺参数优化实验作了介绍,比较了中试产品与传统中试产品的性能。结合扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析结果对其优化机理了探讨。

Abstract:Among the heat insulating materials for fumaces and high temperature pipeline, xonotlite based calcium silicate has the best cost performance. With an activaion technique (wet grinding with an activator), its bulk density may be reduced, its strength may be incnaed and its heat resistance may al-so be greatly enhanced. Thus, the cost performance may be more optimized.Ih this paper, the results of the optimization experiments on raw materials, mixture proportions,technical paramters are presented, the basic properties of its pilot scale product are compared with those of conventional ones. In addition, the mechanism of its optimization is discussed with the SEM and XRD technique.
