| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一座已使用二十多年的国产混凝土集中搅拌站实现“双掺”;实现微机控制电子称量,程序控制配合比,提高配料精度;在线测量砂含水率,随机调整配合比;微机控制上料和搅拌过程的自动化、并能自动、手动兼容;生产过程的工业电视监视和微机管理等六项技术改造项目的情况、以及所取得的技术经济效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the reformation of a centralized concrete mixing station which was manufac-tured by our country,the paper content involves six projects of technical reformation: implementationof "dual-mixing", weighing controlled by microcomputer and raising the precision of batching,measuring the moisture content of sand on line and random regulation of mixing ratio, automation ofcharging and mixing process, industrial television monitoring and management by microcomputer, Theeconomic advantages are also introduced. |
