摘 要: | 本文介绍了高炉探尺控制PLC系统。根据高炉探尺料线,动态计算并给定探尺下放力矩,实现了探尺实时、精确检测料线,克服了探尺呆滞及倒垂的现象,帮助冶炼人员判断炉况,提高了冶炼强度。

Abstract: | This article introduces the PLC system of sounding rod control of blast furnace. According to the sounding rod's stock level of blast furnace, the dropping moment of the stock rod is dynamically calculated and given, and thus the accurate real-time and online detection of the stock level with the stock rod is realized and the situations of primness and inversion of the stock rod are over- come. In addition, the system helps the smelting personnel with the judgment of the furnace condition, and therefore, the smelting in- tensity is enhanced. |
