摘    要: 三峡垂直升船机塔柱纵、横向联系梁在塔柱连接以及整体结构联合受力中起着非常关键的作用,梁的配筋设计是塔柱土建结构配筋设计的重要环节。采用三维实体单元对塔柱结构进行静力分析,直接应用有限元结点力计算梁内力,比常见的应力积分法的精度提高1阶,而且避免了角点应力奇异性带来的误差。该方法基于MARC软件二次开发,不需要编制有限元计算程序,操作简单,编程容易,是三维实体单元计算梁结构内力的实用方法。同时,针对升船机塔柱联系梁数量多、工况复杂的特点,提出从数据准备、内力提取、拉力计算到应力成果显示的程序自动化操作方法,大大减少了人工工作量。
